Marine Logistic & Support

Responsibilities:
*
Provide analytical and reporting support to the management of Marine and port operations at the BoCT (Bontang Coal Terminal).
*
Support management to review and indentifytrends and issues and assisting in developing analytical data for reporting to senior management under the direction of the SVP Marine Operations.
*
Support Logistic members in with reviewing invoicing and collating for approval by SVP Marine for payment of barging, port disbursement and marine operation.
*
Whilst supporting the management in the financial reviewing of costs within the marine operation,
*
Support senior management in the collation and preparation of monthly reporting, through the monitoring and supporting the preparation of daily and monthly minutes of marine operation meetings.
*
Support senior management in preparation of budget presentations and reporting through the collation of existing budget control reports & monitoring devices. Preparation of presentation as directed by senior management
* Negotiation term & pricing of barge hiring and other marine logistic equipment
* Ensure a timely and efficient transportation and distribution of coal within the business.
* Ensure that all equipment and planning requirements are a true reflection of the business needs and sales forecasts.
* Ensure all planning functions are fulfill within the barging operation and transshipment plan for other Site
* Manages staff and reporting requirements for team wthin defined resposibilities. manage & providing data of logistic and recomendations on costing and usage alternatives
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Maritime Studies or equivalent.
* At least 5 years experience in managing marine Logistic preferably in mining industry or 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and proactive with leadership
* Applicants must be willing to work in kalimantan
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
* Full-Time position(s) available.
