Production Supervisor (Refinery and Oleochemical)
Riau - Dumai
Responsibilities:
Supervise manpower including personnel duties, work scheduling and assigning production tasks.
Maintain time and production records
Training of post operators
Managing housekeeping and safety initiatives
Communicating and ensure daily production goals are met
Maintaining a high level of quality
Reporting and tracking of daily operator productivity
Maximizing production output
Monitor and perform machinery upkeep
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or Chemical.
Minimum 5 years experience as Production Supervisor, must be from manufacturing/production operation (edible oil or food industries), Refinery, Oleochemical
Required skills: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP
Applicants must be willing to work in Dumai.
Good communication (including English) and interpersonal relationship skills, proactive, result oriented and able to work independently
Willing to work on Shift

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's DegreeIN Social Science/Sociology, Mass Communications, Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): able to communicate with all level of people, Speak Chinese is an advantage in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kerinci / Porsea / Dumai / Marunda.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
