Chef De Party (CDP) - Kudeta Restaurant
Responsibilities
Ensure that food handling and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen
Check the proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods is in accordance with company’s guideline
Able to constantly update all menus and costing
Supervises and motivates team
Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
Requirements
Education minimum Diploma
Min. 2 - 3 yrs experience in similar position,
Hard working & ability to work flexible hours,
Willing to work as a team,
Good healthy
