Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products.
Identify needs and client business objectives.
Maintain relationship with client.
Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:
Male/Female, max. 30 years old.
Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.7).
Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 1 year.
Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
Excellent communication & relationship skill.
Home based in Kediri.

Responsibilities:
Conduct color matching and in order to achieve fast and accurate turn around time to fulfill market requests
Provide advise and recommendation regarding products and problem solving tools to other related function that related with color matching skills in order to support decision making process.
Provide advise and recommendation of how to reprocess the fail batch, slow moving, reject and returned product in order to be reusable and minimize waste.
Maintain all formulation and project record in good condition in order to ensure all is in the proper documentation.
Responsible to material stock control in his in plant area.
Communicate and work with Production, Marketing, QA/QC, and other related function in order to drive effective results in color matching, and problem solving initiatives.
Give report and suggestion to ensure the working places in safe and healthy condition.
Participate in identification HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) as per their area and activities.
Actively participate in continual improvement program of ISO 9001 and SMK3.
Requirements:
Male, 23- 30 years old
Senior High School from Analytical Chemistry or any major in Indonesia with a good academic record (is a must).
Having basic conceptual in ink including the technical and practical aspects, especially in color matching.
Having knowledge and 2 (two) years experiences in color matching and process as well as experience in problem solving analysis and process improvement will be prefer.
Business to business environment experience preferred, with strong customer focus.
The job holder should posses technical analysis, problem solving, reporting skill (computer skill and moderate English both orally and written), as well as communication skill.
The job holder should demonstrate potential leadership skill on people and project.
Willing to be located in Jakarta, Tangerang or Cikarang Area.
